Landa Park Golf Course

Est. 1938 · Dave Bennett and Leon Howard (1969 second nine); Finger Dye Spann (2013-14 renovation)
Why we love this place

We love Landa Park for its setting as much as its golf. A city course since 1938, it runs beside the spring-fed Comal River under big shade trees, and the 2014 renovation gave it fresh greens and bunkers while keeping that relaxed hometown charm.

About Landa Park Golf Course

Landa Park Golf Course is the City of New Braunfels' municipal course, opened in 1938 as a nine-hole layout inside Landa Park and expanded to 18 holes in 1969 with a second nine by Dave Bennett and Leon Howard. It was closed October 2013-October 2014 for a full Finger Dye Spann renovation with rerouted holes, new greens and tees. The par-71, roughly 6,200-yard course runs along the Comal River and Comal Springs.
