About Monroe Country Club

Monroe Country Club began in the 1930s as a nine-hole Donald Ross design for Monroe and Union County, opening to the public in 1936. The back nine, designed by Tom Jackson, was completed in 1982, giving the club its full 18 holes. Today it is a public course owned by the City of Monroe and managed by its Parks and Recreation Department.
