About River Bend YMCA Golf Club

River Bend YMCA Golf Club opened in 1966 in Shelby, founded by Bob and Paul Porter with Russell Breeden credited as architect. It is one of the few YMCA-owned golf courses in the United States; the 18-hole, par-72 course plays about 6,555 yards and is open to the public.
