Wilson Road Golf Course is a nine-hole, executive-style municipal course designed by Jack Kidwell (ASGCA) that opened for play in 1971; the city acquired the West Scioto land in 1949. Playing to a par of 30 with six par-3s and three par-4s across tree-lined fairways, a meandering creek and two ponds, it is aimed at players of all skill levels. It is operated by the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department.
