Why we love this place
Farmington is a century-old riverside nine that plays tougher than its length, with the Cocheco keeping you honest. We love clubs like this: member-driven in spirit, open to visitors and a genuine piece of small-town New Hampshire history.

About Farmington Country Club
Farmington Country Club opened in 1924 on the bank of the Cocheco River, just off Main Street in Farmington. For a century it has given the town a nine-hole, par-36 course, and the river setting shapes much of the layout's character. The course plays to about 3,108 yards from the longest tees, with a course rating of 35.4 and a slope of 125, numbers that make it a sterner test than many nine-hole courses of its era. A local-history exhibit on Farmington's organizations records the club's 1924 opening and its riverside layout, placing it among the town's long-standing institutions. Farmington operates as a semi-private club: members have their own rates, while non-members are welcome and can book tee times up to five days in advance, making it an approachable stop for visiting golfers in Strafford County and the surrounding area.
