Est. 2004 · Mark Mungeam
Why we love this place
Hudson Hills is the crown jewel of Westchester's county courses. Mark Mungeam carved a demanding, hilly layout through deep woods above the Hudson, with fescue edges and tricky lies. Upscale feel, public access, and a real test for good players.

About Hudson Hills Golf Course
Hudson Hills Golf Course opened in 2004 as the newest of the six golf courses run by the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation. Set on Croton Dam Road in Ossining, in the hills above the Hudson, it was designed by architect Mark Mungeam, who etched the layout into a wooded hillside amid dense woodland and thick vegetation. That setting gives the course its character: tree-lined holes, heavy rough and fescue grasses framing the fairways, and heaving terrain that produces plenty of uneven lies. Playing from about 5,100 yards at the forward tees to roughly 6,900 from the back, it is widely considered the most upscale and demanding of the county's municipal courses. As a county facility it is open to the public, with a season that runs from March into November.
