Why we love this place
The original eighteen at Rogues Roost has been welcoming central New York golfers since 1966. We love its forgiving tee shots paired with approaches that demand real precision, all inside a 36-hole complex near Oneida Lake that makes a full golf day easy.

About Rogues Roost - West Course
Rogues Roost Golf Club sits along State Route 31 in Bridgeport, near the eastern end of Oneida Lake in Madison County. Its West Course is the club's original layout, designed by Darl Johnston and opened in 1966. The club describes it as a course that offers some forgiveness off the tee but demands accurately placed irons on approach shots, with greens that reward a well-judged club choice. Thirty years later, in 1996, Rogues Roost opened a second eighteen, the East Course, which puts a greater premium on the tee ball and brought the complex to 36 championship holes. The West remains the gentler of the pair and a popular choice for everyday public play, leagues and outings in central New York.
